2. Access to the Website
Access to the Website, as well as to all of its content, implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use, conferring on every person who accesses the Website the status of user (hereinafter, the "User"). If the User does not understand or does not agree with the content of these Terms of Use, they are invited to leave the Website.
The purpose of the Website is to provide the User with information about the Company and the various activities it carries out.
3. Use of the Website
The User expressly undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents of the Website and not to use them for, among other things:

7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by Italian law.
Any dispute arising in relation to the interpretation, execution and validity of these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan. In the event of disputes with consumers, the court of the place where the consumer is domiciled or habitually resides shall have jurisdiction.
